This compound is strong!!!
I was surprised at the efficacy of this particular compound. I tried it at night before I went to bed. I used the dropper to drop 15 drops of the liquid straight onto my tongue. It doesn't have a bad taste to it (alcohol suspension). Within 15 minutes of taking it, I was very sleepy and went to sleep straight away. I had a deep slumber and woke up feeling refreshed and not groggy at all.I would recommend this to anyone needing to calm their nerves and generally just have an overall relaxed feeling. I would recommend it to any needing a sudden feeling of relaxation as this compound works, at least it does for me. Everyone is different.

I would not buy it again may be try the teabags, some people said it is good.

Useful remedy
Great remedy. You need to look up the various remedy's effects to find the best one for you at the time, but it's worth it and buying the remedies online enables you to fine the one you need if they don't have it in your local shop.

Helps with sleep and worth using
Sleep was an issue. I read this helped. I am taking a strong multi Vitamin B and a couple of drops of Vervain in water. It's been really helpful and my sleep has become consistent which is a great blessing as anyone who has struggled with sleep will know can be a real challenge.
