Who would have thought that an old gasket would make a toilet nearly un-flushable?! To the point of breaking the flush lever!Fortunately there were several links on the internet that led us to these gaskets once we decided that the problem was more than a broken flush lever. The old gaskets kind of collapse making it extremely difficult to lift the flushing mechanism.It seems that these gaskets are "old" after about 10 years of use. After replacing it in one non-working toilet, another toilet had the same problem within about two months. So, with three toilets in the house, the three-pack was a good purchase!The gasket was a little bit difficult to slot into the groove but after doing it on one toilet, the second was easier and the toilets are back to working like new. There are several videos on YouTube that you can refer to for guidance.

There I was, standing in the doorway. I was ready to leave for work, but what do I hear? A toilet was running. I found the culprit and discovered the problem. The flush valve gasket was old and loose. I quickly pulled up the Amazon app on my phone as a dog barked in the distance. I ordered a flush valve service pack and eagerly awaited its arrival. Five days later, the package arrived and I installed the gasket successfully. The toilet is back to 100% and I can relax knowing this product will stop the leak.

This is definitely after market and not Mansfield product. I receive the 3 valves but were not in the Mansfield packaging as displayed in the page. The item is actually larger then the original Mansfield valve. Disappointed and did not see the deceitfulness!!

I have tried other flush valve rings and they don't last and tend to leak. I wanted the original product and was happy to get this 3 pack. No issues with the install, and they stopped the leak from the cheaper ring which cracked and broke up before it's time.

Seal was thicker than original seal. Toilet leaked and continued to frequently refill after new seal installed. It was installed correctly just under the lip if the drain. Had to call plumber who provided a thinner seal that stopped the leaking. The seal I purchased was to thick and lacked the flexibility to provide a proper seal.

I bought a seal at the hardware store for this toilet. It was black and did not work. Ordered these for all toilets and they work like they are supposed to. Don't waste time and $$ like I did.

Disliked. Product may have been old, so ordered from another vendor. Toilet rings to make flushing quiet, and to prevent running sound. Contacted vendor with a question, he didn't answer us, probably because past 30 days. So, we had to order from another vendor, fingers crossed. Toilets flushed all night after new rings were installed. We have installed before and everything was good. Product old?

Although they are shown in original Mansfield shrink wrap, these were in a plastic envelope together. The first one I tried didn't seem to seal for some reason, so I used one of the others. The second one seems to be working for now. Next time I will buy from Mansfield direct.
