Good dog food for a chunkster
My vet recommended this food for my slight chunkster of a dog. We have been using it for over a year and definitely helps maintain a healthy weight. Especially in the winter when getting outside for long walks is more tricky. I think my dog would give it 5 stars for taste, she always eats it with no problems and she can be picky.

She didn't think she needed a diet
I’m sure this is a great dog food, but when I served it to my chubby Maltese, she was offended. She insisted she’s not overweight and doesn’t need to be on a diet, and her feelings were clearly hurt. Meanwhile, our Havanese was happy to step in and eat it instead.

"Just what the doctor ordered" (really)
My rescue Corgi had been started on Purina Pro Plan but was gaining weight. DVM analyzed the calorie content, searched and found this weight management variety which is still yummy to his tummy and may be helping 'diet'. As always Amazon finds the exact right thing in the exact right package size.

J'ai une perte de poids sur un chihuahua qui pesait 10.4 livres .....après 5 mois elle pèse 9.2 livres.Elle a la maladie de cushing et je devais vraiment la faire maigrir et proplan à été gagnant pour elle.......avant j'utilisais hills perte de poids depuis 6 mois et zéro perte de poids .......Donc maîtresse de chien très contente et santé de Juliette amélioré et plus en forme.
