Excellent product
Excellent product - really flexible for most parts of the body! Easy to use. I now have 2 due to Achilles issues

Useful for muscles
I've been suffering from a pulled calf muscle recently so needed to try something. This works very well cold. Stick it in the freezer for 2 hours, out it in the sleeve and use the velcro strip to secure it in place. Heating in the microwave was less successful. The instructions say don't go over 20 or 30 seconds, but when I did that I would say the hell pack was warm but not hot. I didn't want to go to far with the heating as these can burst if you over do it.

LOVELY muscular pain releif and stays put!
Soo good! Only had it on hot yet and although for legs is perfect round my waist, also used to relieve my back and pelvis, bum and legs and stays in place and stays warm for ages. Just making sure to avoid the velcro touching too much to stay sticky

It's good, it's flexible and easy to use
It works well and so universal. This is, I think the third one in the last five years, my wife uses it a lot so it's done well.

Works well but gel leaking after 3 months
Easy to fix a very versatile however after 3 months gel has started leaking

Excellent for swollen ankle - arrived promptly and is exactly what I wanted
Very useful as I have just fractured ankle. Exactly what I wanted and very easy to use. Would recommend this.

Very good product
Very good product if you have back pain or soreness the pack with it is very versatile you can freeze it or put it in the microwave to heat it. The only down side it doesn't last for more than 15 mins but it's good as no doctor would tell you to have a pack of ice for more than 15 min in the same place. I am very pleased with this buy.
