Does this filing cabinet have spring-loaded follower blocks in each drawer to hold up file folders?

Not positive I'm understanding your question, but each drawer does have glide to push forward when entire drawer is not filled with files. You manually squeeze the glide & pull it forward or backward to desired position. I might add, our problem with this cabinet was it was delivered badly damaged twice. The box it was delivered in, was not damaged. It was annoying dealing with the company, but Amazon was great making sure it was dealt with in an acceptable manner.
