It is very old and still very fun. I would personally label this particular game as the pivot point, elbow joint of the PC shooter game era. This game, once installed correctly and modified to free up the mouse looking finally gave us all our first look into actual 3D gaming. It's now over 15 years old so expect low end graphics and limited control customization but with that aside, this thing is "STILL" fun to break out and play every now and then. I play it pretty much once every year or so and play it through a few times and then park it again for a while until I get the itch again. It is a true classic and if you are like me and are really into classics, collectibles and nostalgia then you need to snap up one of the remaining new copies of this classic game by ID software before they are all gone. However, it does not work on Windows 7 and after I placed the order but before it was shipped, I contacted the seller to see if it would work on my PC.
