This formula works incredibly well. I take it when I travel across time zones and it helps me sleep. I also take it for the occasional bout of insomnia and it works like a charm. Just 2 capsules at night does the trick for me. I don't wake up groggy and it keeps me from laying wide awake tossing and turning. I get the most restful sleep with this magical formula!
