Lightweight, breathable, cheap
Haven't tried them in water yet. Very breathable shoes, you can feel the air flow through the shoe with a light breeze. Super light weight with thin material over the toes and sides of shoe with some slightly more padding around ankle and hole of shoe. The sole is thin but soft, has very non aggressive tread with 13 breathable meshed holes. Overall they are comfortable and seem durable for their purpose. Although I would not suggest using them as running shoes or anything too aggressive as I doubt they would hold up for long, they are great for normal walking, hot days, and in my opinion are are stylish as compared to other bulky outdoor shoes by addidas.

Awesome summer sneakers
I got these for summer to wear with thin socks. They are very light and cool. Not mattering if they get wet is a plus. Would be good fishing boat shoes. Soles very grippy. The fit is wider with a nice wide toe box. Unexpected, but feels great to me. The insoles are a bit flat, similar to Salomon water shoes I had, so I wouldn’t walk for miles all day in them. I bought Navy 10.5. I wasn’t crazy about the white laces, they were a bit much. I replaced them with navy blue 54” oval laces. Now they look right. Glad I bought them, awesome summer shoes for under $50 I paid.

Functional and stylish!
I debated these shoes and read so many reviews before I spent the money on them. I was planning a trip to Niagara Falls and knew I’d be getting wet and didn’t want to walk around with wet shoes all day. After reading so many mixed reviews — one bad, then good, then bad, etc — I have to say I can’t believe someone would write a bad review of these shoes. I’m not saying they’re perfect but you can’t beat these shoes for the money. Pros: They dry out quickly, they’re vented and they drain water, they’re stylish and they’re comfortable. I walked around NY all day in these and they were great. Are they as comfortable as my other running shoes? No but that’s not why I bought them. I bought them so they’d dry out quickly and they did. Everyone else’s shoes were still wet the next day. Mine were dry in a few hours and I didn’t put them in the sun or anything like that. Just took them off when we got back to our room. They offered great traction while walking the wooden steps of Niagara Falls as I got drenched! Cons: They’re wide up front in the toe box which I LOVE because I have issues w my right foot and need extra room up front and these were perfect. Also, I didn’t tie these shoes once after initially tying them. They were plenty comfy right out of the box. However I read reviews of people saying they were slipping off their feet?! Did they not tie them?! Not saying someone else’s experience isn’t valid but I’m confused how this would happen. I can’t imagine tying these, let alone tying them tightly, and having them slip off your feet. And sure they’re not as comfortable as a more cushioned running shoe but these are WAY comfy for being vented water shoes. And you can always buy a cushioned sole to make them comfier. I’ve only had them for a few days but they were great for my trip and the traction was great on and off the walking tours we did. I like them so much they’re now an everyday shoe for me. We will see how they hold up in the long run but so far I’m very pleased with this purchase. Would buy again.

Runs small
These run small. They are great! I wish these shoes were still manufactured by Addidas

A great show for water activities
This has proven to be the best water shoe I've come across. The shoe is lightweight, highly breathable, quick drying without sacrificing duribility and style. Great for kayaking, wading the river, a little extra protection at the beach from crabs and rays, and boating in general. The sole uses cutouts with fine wire mesh that keeps sand out and allows for water to drain and air to circulate. I've owned alot of these type of shoes over the years and you can't go wrong with these ones..

Light and comfortable shoes
Fits well. Very light. Repels water. Has pretty good anti-slip bottom soles. The only problem I had was getting the tongue to sit in a good spot to not dig into the top of my feet. After wearing it a few weeks I think I no longer have that problem. Otherwise it's pretty comfortable, even with no socks.

Great looking water shoes.
I bought these so that I didnt ruin sneakers when I take my kayak out. Theyre really comfortable, and they look awesome. They fit me perfectly and I have wide Fred Flintstone feet. So far I have yet to find a con except maybe that they dont grip the ground too well when underwater. Then again Ive only submerged them when in the water by algae covered boat ramps. Algae is super slick so I dont blame the shoes. They dry super quick and work perfectly for what I need them for. No regrets.

Awesome shoes - very comfortable, durable, and stylish
This is my second pair of the Terrex "boat shoes" -- I also bought the previous generation of this shoe a year or two ago -- I wear them all the time, not just during aquatic activities. The shoes are very comfortable and stylish --- they are great for wearing without socks as the material is comfortable on your skin and the material choice seems very hygienic for bare feet. Highly recommend them!
