it will remove outer layer of "dead" skin. it polished your skin.. look for a serum . try not sleeping on that side, since you know that is the cause. it is a great exfoliant!

Do u rinse after cold water?

Doesn't need to be cold. I usually wipe off with a warm wash cloth. You could use in the shower also. Great product to exfoliate/polish!
