I was told by my Functional Medical Practitioner that I need more Magnesium. I've been taking Magnesium Bisglycinate in powder form, but I was never consistent with that, so I decided to try these capsules and I LOVE THEM. I take one before bed and I notice it really relaxes me and helps me to sleep through the night. Even if I wake up, I can fall back to sleep. I trust Throne products and have taken many of them and this is another gem. Thanks for the high quality products.

In order to activate and utilize Thiamine, Choline, Vitamin C and others you need manganese. Not to be confused with magnesium. Manganese is also required for cholesterol synthesis, which is a requirement for bile synthesis in the liver. Manganese also helps regulate and retain Iron, Copper, Zinc.A natural source is Macadamia nuts, if you don't like to supplement minerals.

Many as myself accidentally purchase this when shopping for Magnesium Bisglycinate, as this is the 2nd product listed when searching for Magnesium Bisglycinate. Though this may be a good product, it is not what I was intending on buying and there is no refund or return on this.

I have had such great results with Thorne products. Other brands my body has reactions unrelated to the supplement. I trust Thorne not to add junk for me to react to.I take Manganese because my joints and ligaments hurt when I don't. I haven't had any problems with this supplement and it appears to take care of my aches and pains.However, I feel I prefer my former source of liquid Manganese by Mother Earth Minerals better.

I started taking this for muscle cramps and restless leg. At first it helped me more than it does now. I still get the cramps and restless leg but it helps me from having it all the time.

I take this one at night because it relaxes your muscles/body and helps you sleep
