We have a 4 year old and we love to go hiking . He’s around 48 lbs . Sometimes he gets tired and carrying him is hard while hiking . We tried looking for hiking backpacks but seems those don’t offer ones that hold that much weight . We stumbled onto this carrier and decided to give it a try since it seemed to offer a bigger weight limit . We’ve used it so many times . He fits great in it and it’s easy to use . It’s very well made and I feel Very comfortable with him being in it and I don’t worry about it breaking! I also love that there’s so storage to hold your keeps or a small snack

This is the best carrier I have ever used in my life and I’m not just saying that to say it OK guys my back is constantly hurting not because my baby is heavy but because the straps don’t support well enough, but these straps not only do they feel nonexistent, but they hold the baby up so nicely I can’t even explain it. There are so many different adjustments so this can work for quite anyone. I would recommend getting this maybe not for a newborn but once they’re six months and above, I would definitely buy this and keep it until they don’t need a carrier anymore because it holds up to 60 something pounds.

Absolutely wonderful carrier! My little guy is about 32 lbs and this has been great! We formerly used a Tula Fit to Grow, but didn't want to spend so much on a new carrier so tried this one out. We used it a few times for short carries and it was great, and this past weekend I wore it for about 4 hours at a swim meet and we were comfortable the whole time. My little guy had a great nap in the carrier, I had zero back/shoulder pain, and were content all day.

I purchased this item to go hiking with my 13 month old. It was perfect. It did not hurt my back to hold my 25 lb son. Comfy and easy to hike in. Will definitely be using this again and I highly recommend this product. Lightweight and easy to pack. Breathable so child does not overheat.

This product gives the extra fabric that I need to accommodate my growing toddler who still loves being worn, but the waist part slides onto my butt in a weird way. I mostly back carry and to be fair, I’m really short (4’11”). It’s not enough to deter me from wearing it, but that does get a little annoying. I have to pull my pants up repeatedly when using it also. I had a Lillebaby carrier before and didn’t have that problem. The print is really cute and everything else about it is comfortable. My baby relaxes on my back and even takes naps from time to time, so I’m grateful for a product that he finds comfortable. *the pic is when I first got it and was trying it on. The waist part is rolled a bit to try to see if I could play around with it to not having it sitting so weirdly.*

This has been amazing for our euro trip. My son is 4.5 years old and weighs around 43 lbs. We used this for walking around cities and also some light hiking (easy and moderate trails through the Switzerland mountains). It is reasonably comfortable for both myself and my husband to use. The straps are all adjustable which helps when you switch off which parent is carrying. The detachable hood was too small for us to use but would be useful in a younger/smaller child. The lumbar cushion is nice and it does help give some additional support. No matter what I was still sore from carrying him after our trip, but this was a great way for us to still walk around and hike. Would recommend for any toddler sized kiddos! We will likely not get use out of this next year as my son will outgrow it but it was worth it for our trip.

Seems like good quality, but I purchased this to wear my tall 33lb 2 yr old on my back and it is either uncomfortable for me or for her. It was easy to get on and off with both of us sitting on the couch, but the bottom of the shoulder straps were right in my arm pit and kept rotating. I tried it low, high, with the clasp across my chest, and with it criss crossed in the front just for the hell of it, but couldn't make it work for both my me and my child. I have to have it on my actually waist and not at the hip because of how I'm shaped. Maybe this only works well for people that aren't fat at all, which is weird since this item is in the post partum market.

We absolutely love our Beco toddler carrier! It’s become an essential part of our daily routine — we use it around the house, shopping, hiking, and walking through the neighborhood or town. It’s comfortable for both parent and child, with great support and easy adjustments. We even traveled to Mexico for three months, and our one year old was always happy and content whether riding on my back or Papa’s. I have used a LOT of baby carriers and this has been my favourite so far! It is spacious so my child is comfortable and comfortable on my shoulders and my hips, I don’t end up feeling stiff after carrying my bigger baby in this. Also, this can be used on kids from 20-60lbs, so I can use it with my kindergartener on my back, when we go on travels that involve a lot of walking and hiking on rough terrain. The material also feels soft and doesn’t feel Sweaty. I love this carrier and plan to use it until my child doesn’t want to use carriers anymore! I wish there was only a zippered pocket on the waist rather than a Velcro pocket which doesn’t look stable—so I cannot put my cash or credit card in that pocket.

Wir haben diese Tage für unseren Urlaub geholt, da mein Sohn (gerade 3. Jahre geworden) nicht so viel laufen konnte, wir aber trotzdem viel erkunden wollten und die Wege dort, keinen Buggy oder Bollerwagen zugelassen hätten und was soll ich sagen, sie war den ganzen Tag mehrmals im Einsatz, selbst Mittagsschlaf wurde darin gemacht und es war für Kind und mich, sehr bequem! Natürlich merkt man nach langer Tragedauer das Gewicht, aber das hat man ja auch bei einem vollbeladenen Rucksack, das sollte einem klar sein. Mein Kind ist für sein Alter sehr groß, deshalb hatte ich mich für die Trage entschieden ( 100 cm, 18 kg). Preis-Leistung, unschlagbar. Klare Kaufempfehlung!

J'ai essayé plusieurs porte-bébé de différentes marques et c'est celui que je préfère. Impeccable pour les longues randonnées. Je suis grand (+1m90) mais grâce à ses nombreux réglages il est très confortable. La sangle au niveau de la poitrine se règle en hauteur, c'est hyper pratique et je n'ai vu ce système nulle part ailleurs.
