This is like a pleasant vacation for your butt.Yeah, you can drop $5k and get something integrated, but I was upgrading from a $20 cold water spray (which cleaning was a pain) to this, integrated, clean model.It’s a little bulky - but it is warming water and has a blow dryer! You shouldn’t be sitting or standing on top of your toilet seat anyways!It’s been put through the paces in my house, and it is well worth the money for a clean butt (with warm water - and an air filter!) seriously, no stink in my bathroom.Installation was a breeze - YES IT NEEDS POWER. So think about that before you get mad you can’t plug it in. I plan on eventually running a plug closer to the toilet (and installing one in my other bathroom).

I though that I ordered this item from the Amazon site but what arrived was not what I thought I ordered. It didn't have all the features I thought that was in the Amazon site. Since I used it I don't think it can be returned. I just settled for less. I also noticed the model number had a suffix after the unit I received. This is something you should watch for. Other than that, it works fine and serves its purpose.

I was at an upscale rental recently, and the mb had this Toto Washlet C200. It was amazing! I did my due diligence in researching all of the major manufacturers and their options, within my budget. Options offered within said budget, the strength of the company, the customer reviews would have been enough for me to choose this company and this particular model.I discovered that Toto is the global leader of this industry, and I had actually used this for a 7 day period previously, and the reviews and what it delivered were great (when you sift through the 'whys' regarding the negative reviews) is why I ended up choosing this. Toto must have listened to some of the very legitimate complaints, because the T connector is now in plastic (as per the previous 1* and awesome review!), and no extra anything is needed to get and keep this beauty up and running beautifully. Well, except for an extension cord for some of us. Only 3 feet of cord, coming off of the back left side (when you're facing the toilet). So I went to the local hardware store and purchased a 6ft 'appliance' extension cord. Perfect! 6' is the shortest available for an appliance extension cord, which is what you will need, NOT a regular extension cord. If my bathroom were configured differently, and the wall outlet was on the same side as where the power cord comes out of the toilet lid, then I woudn't have needed the extension cord. I am not technologically inclined, AT ALL, and found this toilet seat lid super easy to install. I watched a YouTube video first, and that was very helpful. Turn off the shut off valve to your toilet (righty tighty - lefty loosey) - yes, you need a shut off valve already installed -, thread the T connector properly connecting the outflow from the shut off valve to the intake for the tank itself, open up the shut off valve, then plug your unit into the wall. I would wait for a while before first use, because it will take time for the water to heat up, otherwise the water will be very cold and thus very unpleasant. Speaking from experience here! I've been using this for about 10 days now, and it's a completely different experience. It makes one feel very clean and refreshed. There is a remote control, and can be programmed for two users. The remote is what controls everything. Once you find the perfect setting for yourself, you lock it in. But I found that this pre programming for a specific user does not include the oscillation. You will need to press that button manually after your cycle begins. The warm water lasts longer that I would have thought. There is also a built in blow dryer, helpful but doesn't complete the job. I've turned off my heated seat, until winter time. The fan that begins when pressure is put on the lid is not loud nor obnoxious either. I am very sensitive to noise, and this Toto Washlet is in my half bath, and very tiny room. This fan is for the odor control, and it really does work. Another amazing benefit for sure! I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase, and cannot imagine not having one in my home for the rest of my life. Seriously!

Hello sweet cheeks, as some others have mentioned, the fit on a "Standard" round bowl is a bit off. I'm bummed out, but not pissed off. Decided I'm just gonna roll with it. The features are really nice, especially the seat warmer and the energy saver function. Would have given it 5 stars if the fit was better.

Great product. I had it installed so I can't personally address ease of installation, but it's certainly easy to use. The lid is very light, so I don't recommend using it as an "extra seat" if you're short on space. But overall, great product. Exactly what you'd expect from TOTO.

This was purchased to eliminate paperwork following double hand surgery since both of my hands will be in casts at the same time. Now that I'm all healed up from surgery I can still tell you I absolutely love this Toto Seat. Not having any previous experience to compare with, this thing makes me feel like I've been missing something for many years. The remote is nice and easy to use. the warm water is a nice plus on those cold early mornings as well as the heated seat! I'm spoiled and can't see how anyone gets along without one of these seats.... the darn thing even blows warm air to dry your body parts. The wife has decided that she too enjoys having our new Toto that does all the handiwork for you. one last point i wanted to mention based on the headline, My wife installed this in about a half an hour with minimal effort. it was really easy! and I'm forever grateful to have such a wonderful wife.
