Not only great because it has flaxseed and No GMOs in it . It is one of the best instant oak meal I have ever ate.

Tastes good but expires too soon.
I love the oatmeal. I am disappointed that the boxes expire in less than a month. In the past I’ve always gotten boxes that are good for at least 6 months.

I didn’t need milk
Cooks fast, tastes great with just water no milk required for good taste and is healthy.

Great oatmeal…
With 8 grams of protein in every serving, this is the highest protein for oatmeal, per serving, that I know of. I love the taste and I put 4 sunny side up eggs 🥚 🥚 🥚 🥚 on top (an idea I saw posted by a lady nutritionist). I know it sounds strange but it is very good and tasty. Also, this oatmeal is organic, a big plus made by a good quality company. I think you will like it. Bon appetite!

Mushy porridge
No whole flakes like you would expect. Reminds me of malt o'meal. Flavor a bit odd, subtly, but that may be the effect of the pecans making it taste a bit stale. Won't buy again.

Taste Great!!!. This is what I do: Place one pouch with one large spoon of Manitoba Harvest Organic Hemp Hearts in a bowl of hot milk. Add almond and walnut nuts and spray some cinnamon on top. I love it.

初オートミールです。せっかく健康を意識するなら、オーガニック品を食べたいと探していました。 箱を開けると、50gずつ袋分けされていて、コップに注ぐときも非常に便利で簡単です。 自分はコップに1袋分をいれ、豆乳を注ぎ、蜂蜜を少量入れて食べています。 オートミールは、味がないから敬遠されがちですが、味がないからこそ自分好みのレシピを作れる楽しみがあると感じました。 栄養価もあり、朝あまり時間のない人や健康を意識したい人にはオススメです！ （★ひとつ削ったのは、他社と比べて価格が高いため）
