Calvin Klein Women's Essentials With Satin Long Sleeve Nightdress

Super cute, I like the built in bra shelf, doesn't seem too confining, but then again, it's a bit big. I'm 5'2", 124 lbs and I got the medium because of others posts and because it was the only size left. :-(I'm disappointed because the pajamas were very cute, maybe a little less form fitting than I wanted, more like a big t-shirt that is somewhat fitted. Of course if I had a smaller size, it probably would have fit better.Overall, very soft, cute cut. I will probably have to return it and look for a smaller size, but it's nice enough that I WILL try to get the small if I can find it.

Bad first. Maybe I've been reprogrammed to believe that what was once a size 12 is now a size 8, but I don't think so. This runs small in the hips and bust but long in the arms. It seems fine across the shoulders. So at 5'7" and 138 lb a medium is waaaay tight around the backside (or that just could be me). Negatives aside, this is excellent as far as comfort and temperature are concerned. Very, very soft fabric, washes beautifully, and great in both cold and hot weather (how does it know?!).

I like the built in bra feature which is the only reason I have purchased these. The nightgown is very soft and holds up well in washings. I do not like the sleeves however which are too long. Size is fairly true to size, but on the snug side IMO. I am 5.6, 120 and bought small. I also have a medium which is fine, but sleeves are even longer.

I love this splurge. So silky and super-comfy. The only complaint I have is that the description didn't mention that there was a built-in bra. It is a very light shelf bra, but the cord (instead of a broader band) makes it a bit distracting and is the only think that prevented me rating it 5 stars. I would have preferred no bra at all, esp. for a sleep shirt.

I have narrow to average hips, and this size medium makes me look like I have hip wings attached that might flap if a breeze comes along. What's up with that, Calvin Klein? If I needed extra width in the hips, I'd like it to give and stretch naturally, not be pre-cut that way for an exact hip measurement. Beautiful otherwise (sigh) It's going back.

I purchased this nightdress to wear as my winter sleepwear (I purchased Calvin Klein's chemise in the same fabric to use in the summer). Recently there have been some chilly nights so I was able to try it out, and I LOVE it! The length is perfect, the v-neck is flattering and the long sleeves keep my arms warm when they are outside the covers. The shelf bra is a nice touch and keeps the "girls" inside the gown. Just like the chemise that I purchased, the fabric and construction of this nightdress are top notch - well worth the price (which I originally balked at) since it should hold up for years to come. The fit on this nightdress is truer to size (unlike the chemise), so there is no need to order a size larger than your usual.

Like many reviewers, I was skeptical yet willing to take a chance on spending more than I ever thought I might for potentially excellent sleep/lounge wear. I bought several CK men's and women's Essentials items for my husband and me to try and we could not be more delighted. So feather light and breathable the fabric almost melts around you. Hands down the most comfortable sleep/lounge wear items we have worn, period. I noticed women commenting that modal was great for sleeping with hot flashes as it wicks moisture and is 50% more absorbent than cotton. My husband's temp goes up when he sleeps and this fabric keeps him very comfortable. I have a feeling that in time all of our old sleep/lounge wear will be phased out and replaced by CK Essentials. It's THAT comfortable.

I bought this thinking that it would fit like the other CK sleepwear that I own and was disappointed. I expected the sleeves to be a little short (I usually wear a tall) and they were, but I didn't expect it to fit so snug. I ordered the same size as I had previously purchased in the chemise and it almost felt like it was a full size too small. I like my sleepwear to be a little fitted... not fit like shapewear. The CK cotton is still super soft - but I would recommend ordering up a size so you can have some room to breathe. I returned this item.
