The photographic scans of this unreadable book are amazing. The images are perfectly clear. Great for any one attempting their own decipher. Fantastic

This book is higher quality than most reviews suggest. The high resolution photos that can be found online as pdf files are easier to zoom and viewer, but this book is of reasonable quality for something so old and unique. It is a compilation of photographic scans of the original document.

This is just okay. It appears to be a color print out of the scanned version you can see for free in high resolution (and even download as a pdf) on the Yale rare books website. Unfortunately the high resolution doesn't fully carry over to this printing. There is a white border around each image of about 1" which is unfortunate, as if they had expanded the image to cover the whole page it would be easier to see the words, drawings, etc. of the manuscript copy. There are a hand full of pages that do have images that are edge to edge, so obviously there is the capability to do this.If you're studying the manuscript you may want to review the high resolution images online for the detailed examination then use this for notes, etc. as the online version is absolutely much more high resolution & clear than this printing. See the photo I've uploaded so you can get an idea of what the printing looks like.

These are not a decent representation, They are like someone went to the library and made amateur 8x11 scans of an 6x8 inch book. Every page has a large blank/black border around it from the overhang of the scanner size, and the images aren’t cropped or made to the size they could be. Every page/image/photocopy has the perspective warped from the bending and folding of the book binding in the scanner, and the curved edges of the tome often skew the text or images. Many of the images are poor resolution, or blurry, or scanned with low skill. Do not waste your time.

I was so excited to get this book but was disappointed by the quality of the printing. Maybe the original book is like this also. I don't know, not having ever seen the original. But, it feels like fairly poor resolution and even the layout of the images on the pages isn't great.

I bought this item for my son-in-law for Christmas. He couldn’t put it down. He is a long time member of the Odd Fellows and loves the secrets this book holds. I wrote my dedication in Italian adding to the secret it holds!

Muy buen libro, el único problema es que a diferencia de otras ediciones, este tomo no tiene una nota de explicación inicial.Por el precio vale la pena.

分かっていたことですが、普通の意味で読む部分はまったくないです。実のところ絵もショボく読み解くには高度な想像力が必要です。ちゃんとお金を払って、「払った以上読むぜ！」みたいな感じになったほうがいいです。スキャンのきれいさは、問題なく、自炊もしている身からすると、手間かかっているのがわかります。まあ所有欲をちゃんと満たしてくれた　ということで、気に入りました。

カラーコピー？　したような本なのでコピーした時の余白があるのは残念でした。ただのフルカラーなので見やすく余計な解説や文字がないので雰囲気はわかりやすいですただ神秘性を求めるとがっかりします
