Lovely potfiller but unfortunately it leaks even after our contractor tried to fix it. Sadly, he didn’t install it right away and now I can not return it. Really love the look of this potfiller and the cost of it. ***Update***** The company contacted me and resolved the issue with the leaky faucet. Jenny from their customer service team has been truly amazing. My contractor was able to come back and fix the faucet but they sent me new valves anyways. Truly great service. I am highly satisfied and will definitely let people who are looking for potfillers to get it from them.

Perfect! Excellent value for the price. It's as heavy as higher-priced namebrands. We soldered the 1/2" male end onto the waterline and screwed this right onto that connection (1/2" beyond the sheetrock and tile) rather than using the male-male brass that came with it. We made one other adjustment and had installed a 1/2" thick mdf board around the waterline so that we could screw directly into something solid. These two steps really seemed to solidify the install. The dual valves have ensured no drips. It looks wonderful. The arms move with just the right amount of resistance. We're pleased with the function. We're even more pleased with the savings over higher-priced units that appear to be the.same quality. One thing I would do different next time: I'd install it about 4" lower than I did. At 16" above the stove the water has a long way to fall into the pot. Id probably install it closer to 12" if I were to do it again.

The pot filler arrived within two days of ordering. I was very pleased. However, once installed, the faucet began to leak from the connector. After multiple attempts to tighten and secure the area, I reached out to Havin for assistance. They sent me a replacement pot filler within two days. The new faucet is installed and works flawlessly. We now need to patch up the area and install beautiful subway tile.

This is a beautiful pot filler and matches my new sink faucet perfectly! I have had some issues with it dripping and I reached out to the company and I must say, they’re customer service is above and beyond phenomenal! They answered my email immediately, sent three new cartridges, and have followed up multiple times. Jenny , the cust service rep, has been amazing! We have changed one of the cartridges already, but now we’re waiting for the water utility to come fix our shut off for the house so we can replace the second cartridge. Once that happens, we can replace it and hopefully fix the slow drip that’s still happening. I do think this is a quality product, and would highly recommend them based on their stellar customer service! They definitely do care about their customers and their satisfaction!

After about 6 months one cartridge did leak. I replaced it with the spare cartridge that is supplied with the faucet and 3 and a half years later, no problems. Very sturdy and well made. Definitely recommend this.

Great pot filler, nice design, and a quality product. Minimal cost, but mucho quality in its design and operation. Similar pot fillers cost 5-6 times this product. I would purchase again and again.

Everything was great until the middle pivot point started to come off, unscrew on itself; the movement is slow with every time I use it. definitely thought it would be more durable. Need a new one. However, they were very diligent on getting us the part it was broken. But for our surprise they sent us a replacement. They were very active in our conversation. The pot filler is beautiful.

UPDATE: Seller sent me two spare cartridges and both units are functioning properly. Ordered two of these and installed at my house. Haven’t had any issues with one but the other has very small steady leak. I used the spare valve cartridges they send with the units to repair the leaky one. Now I need spare valves for when they start leaking again. Overall good product but the valve issue needs to be addressed.

Order is missing some product & arrived late

I can’t speak to the longevity of the product but was impressed with the feel and quality. I replaced a Costco purchased pot filler that would never stop a slow drip no matter how many cartridges the manufacturer sent us. Not many would fit my space. This had a handle I was able to point down by using the included allan key. Install was easy and it looks and works great. I never do Amazon reviews but felt compelled after getting what appears to be a decent product and a great price.

Update: the company offered a full refund. The product up to the plumbing is great. Its sleak and cheap for a pot filler. The tap itself comes with a npt to straight thread 2" nipple that supposively seals with an o ring but would only work if it was mounted directly on 1/2" drywall. The instructions say to dope and tape the straight threads but that would never seal a straight thread at home pressure. I swapped the brass nipple out with a 2" steel npt nipple and doped both ends but the tap still leaks. From the straight threads on the tap. You just cannot seal straight threads without a proper o ring and this tap definitely does not have the proper setup for that unless mounted directly on drywall. Hoping my wall will dry.

After two years of use this pot filler works fantastic. ×××××××××××××××××× After a month being installed and used only a few times the valve started to pass. EDIT THe company reached out to me almost immediately to rectify the situation. They sent me two new replacement valves and informed me that they design had changed. I took out the old valve which was incredibly easy to figure out and replaced the valve which looks like an upgrade was made. But in the case of the old valve it appears either a seal was not installed correctly or it was the incorrect seal in the first place. The first image shows the valve on the left with a displaced seal. I have used the tap daily for the last 2 weeks to try and displace it again but it is doing it's job well. For the price of the system and the durability of the new valve I have increased my rating to a 5 and would like to thank Havin for their speedy resolution even though it took me a while to get this review done.
