But since I use quick connectors on all my garden hoses and tools, the connector holds them in place nicely. Snug them down and there are no leaks. Can't beat the price. The ones at my local hardware store cost about $2.00 each. If you're constantly screwing and unscrewing hoses and attachments, yes, these will fall out fairly easily. Any connection that is relatively permanent will be fine. ## Features - Good material: the hose washers are made of stainless steel and quality rubber, durable for you to use - Size detail: outside diameter is 1 inch/ 24 mm, inside diameter is 9/ 16 inch/ 16.6 cm, compatible with 5/ 8 inch washing machine and 3/4 inch garden hose; Please check the size before purchase - Function: fits hand held hoses and some shower heads to filter sand and gravel to reduce the possibility of nozzle clogging - Package you can get: it comes with 20 pieces of 304 stainless steel filter gasket rubber hose washers with screen , adequate to using in long term - Design: the rubber garden hose washer with stainless steel filter screen mesh, serves as a flow restrict or can reduce the waste of water effectively ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B07RJHKKM2 | | Best Sellers Rank | #25,446 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ( See Top 100 in Patio, Lawn & Garden ) #242 in Garden Hose Parts & Connectors | | Brand | Honoson | | Color | black | | Compatible Groove Diameter | 0.63 inches | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 2,112 Reviews | | Exterior Finish | Stainless Steel | | Fastener Size | 1 inches | | Fastener Type | Flat Washer | | Finish Types | Glossy | | Item Diameter | 1 inches | | Item Dimensions | 3.94 x 2.56 x 0.59 inches | | Item Highlight | Stainless Steel & Black Rubber Filter Gasket for 1" Inlet, Fits 5/8" Washing Machine & 3/4" Garden Hose Connector | | Item Weight | 1.44 ounces | | Manufacturer | Honoson | | Material | Rubber, Stainless Steel | | Material Type | Rubber, Stainless Steel | | Metal Type | Stainless Steel | | Model | Eurob-0514-1519-25 | | Number Of Items | 20 | | Number of Pieces | 20 | | Outside Diameter | 1 inches | | Part Number | Honoson-hose washers-01 | | Set Name | 20-Piece Stainless Steel & Rubber Hose Washer Set | | Size | 1 inch | | Size Name | 1 inch | | UPC | 797550023985 | | Unit Count | 20 Count | | Washer Application | plumbing | | Washer Compatibility | 3/4 inch, 5/8 inch | | Washer Type | Flat | ## Product Details - **Exterior Finish:** Stainless Steel - **Fastener Size:** 1 inches - **Material:** Rubber, Stainless Steel - **Outside Diameter:** 1 inches - **Washer Type:** Flat ## Images ![Honoson 20 Pcs Hose Washer with Screen Filter Washers - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71DMSrTI-HL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Number Of Items** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What is the mesh?** A: Looks like stainless steel wire mesh. **Q: Is this product 40 mesh, 100 mesh or other?** A: I am not sure of the actual mesh size. They do filter the debris from my drip irrigation set up. The mesh does appear to be finer than a standard hose mesh though. **Q: Which way does this go in first, the screen side or the gasket side?** A: I've always pointed the mesh towards the water source so that it would spread out anything collected from the flow over the whole mesh surface. Reversing it, I believe would allow the mesh cone to fill up and block the flow quicker. On the other hand, if your water source is always clean, like clear city water, it should not matter which way you install it. **Q: outside diameter is 1 inch or 24mm? It's not the same. 1inch means 25.4mm. Could you please confirm? Thanks!** A: My husband purchased 2 different orders of these over summer and the bags aren't marked. He measured the ones he had close by and they are 1". Not sure if they are this brand or another, sorry! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ too small *by W***D on September 12, 2026* The washer is a little small for fitting an falls out, not good ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ These work well for me *by S***R on July 30, 2022* As some people have noted, these washers are just a bit loose (but only a bit). The little side tabs are just a little too short and don't engage the brass hose faucet enough to stay in place. ## Frequently Bought Together - Honoson 20 Pcs Hose Washer Screen Filter Washers Stainless Steel & Rubber Filter Gasket,1" Inlet,Fits 5/8" Washing Machine & 3/4" Garden Hose Connector,Sealing Type,Black - 10 Pack Bulkhead Fitting, Garden Hose Threaded 3/4 Inch Male GHT x 1/2 Inch Female NPT Double Threaded Bulkhead Water Tank Connector for Rain Barrels Water Tank Pond Aquarium Tubs Pools Spigot - BeGrit Garden Hose Pipe One Way Adapter Tap Connector Fitting for Irrigation 4-Pack --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/128661563-honoson-20-pcs-hose-washer-with-screen-filter-washers](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/128661563-honoson-20-pcs-hose-washer-with-screen-filter-washers) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
