Battery not replaceable. Great multi purpose tool though *by S***. on October 21, 2020* Flir One Pro -Usb C for Android- we have used to troubleshoot automotive issues (electrical- wire overheating), monitoring beehive before inspection (or instead of), and most recently a dog that was hit by car (monitoring healing). Family member used it to look at hand pain. Hubby used when checking roof insulation. We found a yellow jacket nest with it. My biggest issue is that we can't find an adapter to work, so that it works both usb and USB-c phones, which is problematic when you get a new phone. If I were a medical provider, this tool could greatly aid as a quick thermal check before ordering radiology, etc. It gives an additional layer of information when you are need to know more. In our dog, we are using it to monitor blood flow to a sore limb. Also, to observe progress of bruising. It doesn't replace a vet or medical visit, but it does help you monitor progress. You can actually see past scars (black spots). I don't know how to tweak settings, but when I do, this camera will be fire. I have found the battery not as great. It's not replaceable, which is poor engineering. Batteries dont last long. $400 camera, and it should have a replaceable battery. It has micro sd slot, which is a huge bonus for photo storage and portability. Needs to have a usb extension cord with a clip to secure camera to, simply because sometimes you need to put the camera in places your phone wont go, like inside the bottom of my hive entrance.
