Overall, the outfit was a perfect fit for a 9 year old, 4' 3" girl. The hat, when worn, does not look like the product picture. It is more round to the shape of her head instead of the flat layout as the display shows so I minus a star in my review. The outfit is a one-piece but fits her nicely. My daughter is average for her age.

My five year old granddaughter wore it for "PirateDay" at her school. Although she wears a 4T, this outfit was perfect on her. She was so beautiful. Thanks Amazon for choosing the correct size.
