Totally awesome
This series has been delightful! So full of romance, mystery, witty humor and great plots that keep a reader turning the pages late into the night. I will miss this zany group of friends and relatives as I venture off in search of the next great series Catherine has written.

Fitting ending to this series. I wish I could give it ten stars!
Treasured by Thursday is book seven in the Weekday Bride series by Catherine Bybee. It is the final day of the week in this particular series. I am terribly sorry to see it ending; however, you never know what Catherine Bybee will come up with next. I am just waiting.Gabrielle Masini had come to California to work for Alliance and Samantha Harrison after her harrowing experience with her husband, Alonzo Picano. Alonzo was dead and Gabi preferred to be known by her maiden name. Samantha called her to have her investigate a possible new client but she would have to handle him herself as Samantha’s sister Jordan was in the hospital and was quite ill. Gabi knew the steps to go through in interviewing a possible client. This one, however, she was giving a second chance to and actually interviewing simply because he was a friend of Samantha’s husband, Duke Blake Harrison. However, at the interview, she quickly made up her mind about Hunter when she asked him a few questions. She turned his business away.Hunter Blackwell was a self-made billionaire and was not use to being told no. He wasn’t going to take no for an answer. He set his PI to find all he could about Gabi, overnight of course. Hunter desperately needed a wife for a year and wasn’t going to let it go. The next day, he made arrangements with Gabi’s driving service for a limo to pick him up first and then to pick up Gabi since they were going to the same affair. Gabi didn’t notice anything until she got in the car. Hunter then set out to blackmail Gabi into marrying him. He wanted the contract the next morning. Gabi was going to refuse; but he told her the insurance policy she had been paid was paid fraudulently. There was a clause that dealt with assisted death and she had been the one to tell the doctors to unplug the machines from Alonzo. Then there were the two offshore checking accounts Alonzo had set up for her. It made her look really guilty. What she didn’t know then was the accounts were being used by someone else. That evening, she took the Alliance contract and added some inclusions of her own. The company lawyer went over them and although she didn’t like it, had to approve it. After Hunter made some inclusions of his own, the contract was signed and a couple of days later, Gabi became Mrs. Hunter Blackwell. What would Gabi’s friends and family think of her marrying Hunter Blackwell? Could she think of a reasonable explanation? Why was Hunter so intent on getting a wife? He has his secrets and she has hers.I think this is probably one of the best novels in this series. I liked the others; but this one goes the extra mile.

Nice Read!
In ‘Treasured Thursday’ we meet Gabriella Masini, a woman who’s life hasn’t been going as planned. Gabriella has lost a lot in life and now she just wants to do her job the best she can. Although Gabriella doesn’t believe in fairy tales anymore, she works at Alliance, an elite matchmaking office. Gabriella is great in her job, but one client changes everything.Hunter Blackwell is a rich guy who is used to getting his way. Now he has a strange proposition for Gabriella, one she can’t refuse and that will change both their lives forever. From the beginning I definitely enjoyed this book. It’s written in a way you can read it without feeling like you have to concentrate very hard. The characters are fun to get to know and you can almost feel the tension and attraction between the two of them. I just love books in which the characters come from disliking each other, to slowly getting more and more interested in one another. It really has a fairy tale kind of feeling to it. And this book fits the bill perfectly. This book is a perfect book to read on a holiday if you ask me. I could easily picture myself lying in the sun with this book and a cold drink in my hand. The character I liked the most was definitely Hunter. I just loved how I first thought of him like an arrogant ass who didn’t care about anything other than himself, but throughout the book I really began to love him.Since I haven’t read any other books in The Weekday Brides series, I did feel like I didn’t understand everything about the characters like I would when I had read the other books. It wasn’t something that bothered me so much that I didn’t like this book, but I would prefer to have read the other books first. This is definitely a nice read and I can’t wait to read the other books in the series.

loved this series.
Couldn’t stop reading this series till all the way thru. Loved your strong women.I enjoyed reading your common sense writing instead of the wokeness that has infiltrated romance writing lately.
