Merrell Girls' BARE STEPS Sandal

These shoes seem to be indestructible for my toddler. They go on quickly and seem to repel dirt and grime. They still look new after a month of toddler adventures.

These are SUCH a perfect, easy to put on water shoe for toddlers. Wish their sneakers were as easy.

Went down a half size in these as they do run big. They are great for a 2 1/2 year old toddler's outdoor play. They have good traction, are very flexible, protect her feet, and are easy to get on and off.

I love this brand, when I saw they had kid shoes I immediately purchased them for my toddler and they did not disappoint! They’re such a pretty color, sturdy, flexible and durable! They’re such have a great sole that provides a good grip. Theyre easy to clean, comfortable and she loves wearing them. They’re really worth every penny,

We love these shoes for my toddler! He always wants to wear them which is rare. They fit true to size. My son has very wide feet and so far these have been working well for him. I’d recommend this product.

My toddler loves these shoes and was obsessed with wearing them especially in the first month of purchase. They seem durable and comfortable. The velcro holds together well. My only complaint is that the fabric holds onto smells. I got these to be water shoes so they have been in the splash pad and lake. They also got peed on a handful of times because we got these at the same time as potty training. I always wash them with dish soap right after, have thrown them in the washer, used vinegar to try and clean them, and sun dried them many times. They have held together great after all of that but still smell bad. For regular shoes these are great, but if you want to use them in the water or are looking for something washable, these might not be the best choice. They also take all day to dry even in a dry climate in the hot summer sun.

These shoes are well made

We were looking for a close toed, quick drying, breathable shoe that our toddler could easily put on herself. Almost all the options had lots of holes or straps which bother our sensory sensitive toddler. This shoe worked great for us because it was wider at the toe than other options. We need this because otherwise the shoes can rub, especially the Summer one and this style also allows her foot to fall in a more natural way without blisters or rubbing. The shoe seems very supportive and the sole is thick and cushioned. We did run them through the wash once so far and they came out looking new again. Because they are so flexible and thin material, I do worry about durability, but we will have to wait and see on that aspect for now. I’ve never had an issue previously durability with any Merrell shoe, so I’m hoping these will hold up too! My only issue with them was the cost, but if they last us through the Summer as our main shoe for all the activities and school, it’ll be worth it!

These Merrell shoes are awesome. My kid loves the colour - it is rainbow, her favourite. The size is very precise. They fit wonderfully and look so comfy. Very impressed with the item.

Fairly thick soles but a nice wide toe box. We used these as wet/dry sandals all over the summer. Gave excellent all round foot protection- the top is a material upper but appeared UV resistant. The Velcro was very sturdy and held the tongue of the shoe in place, even when my toddler was scrambling around. Over all very impressed by the quality of the shoes. But then they are expensive so I had high expectations.

These shoes are perfect for your little one when they are just learning to walk or getting used to shoes! they are comfy, support the foot, and easy to put on! My little one loves them and never wants to take them off. We were so impressed we bought the next size up too!

Last one summer, then strap falls apart and Velcro stops working. Will be finding a new barefoot shoe.
