I had purchased the smaller bottle from Ayush. When it came time to restock, opted for the larger size because it has made such a difference in my day to day. Now I take one in the morning before work and one in the evening. Definitely feel a difference in that jumpy anxiety that sidelines you from other intrusive thoughts. This product really helps me feel calmer, more peaceful.
Given the stress that is rampant in our society and lives right now, I really depend on this product. It was recommended by my Naturopath to help me in conjunction with herbs that I take for high blood pressure- but you don't need to be diagnosed with anything to benefit from Ashwagandha. It just helps smooth out the day.
