This was a great little item to have while on vacation in the Philippines. Running out of minutes can be devastating especially if you're in an emergency and need help QUICKLY! Yes, be prepared my friends! It comes in handy for sure.

Used this card to make calls to Canada and Israel so far. Easy once u know to Press "Talk" on your phone AS the second step after dialing the toll free/access phone number on the top right of the directions on the card. Then press 1 after hearing the toll free recording. Then enter the PIN number (that you scratch off). After that, you dial your entire international phone number, and bingo. Works on cell phone or landline phone. To find out how much per minute, you can go on nalotel website. I wouldn't pay attention to the part of the recording that tells you the minutes left--The part telling you how much money left, should be accurate, though. If you have to call customer service, don't give your PIN number! I had someone from Cust. Service who didn't speak good English ask me for it, which was strange, since I had a general question, and I refused and asked for someone else. Luckily, I got someone who was professional and could answer my question, without me giving my PIN.

Purchased this card for my son who went to Navy bootcamp. It did not work. Luckily he bought a card when he got to bootcamp so he was able to call home a few times. He tried using this card during his last week and it didn't work. So I didn't get to talk to my son during his last call home. I wouldn't purchase this card ever again. Money wasted.

Great bargain.

I bought this for my son so he could call me from the hospital. He tried to call me and his dad and the calls wouldn't go through. Seriously disappointed. Update: Was given a refund and company is still trying to work with me to figure out what the problem is.

Comes in handy.

The card is perfect, and most importantly, it works!! The price is absolutely wonderful. Thank you, and I plan to re-order always this same card.

Works good will recharge it

easy to use. 1) you call the provider at the number given at the back of the card. 2) they ask you to enter your pin number you have scratched at the back 3) they ask you to put the phone number you want to reach, follow by the pound key. Voilà ! the only thing is that you pay $20.- but get only for $15. of calls...Anyway, we do not have really the choice, these cards are less and less available....

Once you read and follow the directions, using the card is easy. I have been using it to call Germany, and also calls to US & Canada - and still on my first card! I plan on ordering another one of these when this one is finished. Rates are very good - although I've only used it for Europe and North America. Did not try other countries.

Waste of money. Lousy support service. CARD DID NOT WORK EVEN WHEN USING THE ACCESS INFO AS PROVIDED BY CUSTOMER SERVICE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. JUNK. JUNK.

They are hard to find now they are more expensive also this one works well.
