Received a bottle that was gunky on the neck of bottle and inside top indicating a used product. Not possible to determine if the polish is the actual product or a bottle filled with a substitute.

It’s a pretty color but slightly frustrating to put on just because you’ll have to layer several coats to build up to the nice pearly color.
