It's good but little delicate.

I love the pattern and the idea of this, however the material somehow split and ripped open during my trip! It happened on my way to my destination, so very early on in it's use. Update: I tried updating this a few weeks ago, but not sure what happened with that! So here I go again! The company reached out to me after my first review. They offered to replace the bag, and send a second one as well. I understand that sometimes things break etc and that is okay. The two new ones are great. I have been traveling with one at this moment. This company has great customer service. I am pleasantly surprised, as I have worked in customer service for years!

I can see all I need to inside and has really good visibility. It has amazing storage capacity. I can fit everything that I need. The quality and softness is amazing and amazing value for money as well. Super easy to use and awesome product overall.

I have been using this product for the third year now and it is intact with no tear or issue with zips. The size of the product is perfect and I use it to travel all the time. Despite getting used multiple times through a year and washed. The bag is perfectly fine.
