Bit of a mix with this. Tried the sample sachets first and they were nice but quite sweet and got a little sickly before the end, flavours were apple and strawberry/kiwi. Not sure if all packs come with these sachets but what i received did.These are meant to be used about 30 min before workout to give it time to kick in. I did feel a slight buzz with this and it does have a high caffeine content (300mg per 16g serving) I was surprised there was no "crash" after this which is good. With the main tub, the instructions say to use 16g per drink and to use the scoop provided, mine didn't have a scoop so I have been using scales instead. Mixed with water it tastes quite fruity and sweet.As for energy levels it did give me a bit of a boost to be fair so it did help, but it wasn't a massive improvement. Is the slight increase worth the £34.90? In my opinion no but that's just me. On the upside it isn't loaded with sugar and does have alot of B vitamins.

I have tried various brands such as 'Ghost' and in terms of affects, it is not greater nor worse than other brands, which is good and what I would expect (though the mg in caffeine is roughly 100g more than Ghost).So with the results being the same or unnoticeably different (in my opinion), flavour is the next BIGGEST purchase factor, but unfortunately for me personally, is where I'm not so keen. The scent of the Blue Blast pre-workout is amazing, as the name suggests it smells like a Blue Tango Ice Blast, though the taste is of raspberry but with an odd twang to it which I found to be neither tasty nor disgusting; however, the after-taste wasn't great.I'm not sure if all packages will include a sample sachet for their other flavours, however mine did and I think it's a brilliant way of getting their customers to try other flavours, so I hope they do. Powder is rock hard I did try a bit ended up with ulcers on my tongue powder obviously off - sent back

I got this for my Husband and he liked the taste. It also comes with a nice bag you can use at the gym or for swimming He works out later in the day so the caffeine in it wasn't good for him. If you workout in the morning it's fine.

I'm a long term regular gym-goer; I tend to go at least four times a week. I don't normally use pre-workout supplements as I prefer natural alternatives for energy sources - bananas for example. I have tried quite a few different supplements, with mixed results.I got on well with this one - drunk half an hour or so before the workout, it has a very sweet and artificial taste - which I was expecting.I found no improvement in terms of maximum weights lifted, but a definite improvement in the amount of time under tension that I was able to endure when using lighter weights than normal. This enabled me to work the smaller muscles more specifically, which ends up resulting in greater stability for the larger muscle groups. The mind to muscle connections get rehearsed with greater efficiency, leading to overall progress.I got a really good pump from my workout when I used these smaller weights, and my endurance and recovery times seemed to improve, too.It's best to only use this powder sparingly - the optimum for me is once a week, after a day of rest. This way, my body doesn't get used to it and I can get the maximum effect.There are many good stimulants in the ingredients - my only gripe is that the creatine is only 1g per serving; the recommended dose is 3 to 5g. If I take creatine, I don't want to have to add more to get to the optimum dose, I want it all in the drink at the correct levels.Used correctly, this drink can have a positive impact upon your training.

This arrived beautifully presented in a tub with 4 trial sachets and a chemical workout swim bag. It tastes very much like a sweet slushie. You just mix it with water and drink it before a workout. It definitely gives you an energy boost with the high caffeine content. The trial sachets are delicious to. 2 been apple and 2 been strawberry. I personally love the apple. Great for when you need a hard workout
