If you have inflammatory digestive issues this makes the difference between being able to eat and having to involuntary fast due to the pain of eating. I spent a year using OTC digestive enzymes that did not help and there were weeks when I could eat very little or just do bone broth, then I read about pancreatic enzymes and found this one and 2 others that really do work. Even though I may experience a flare up due to bad eating habits (too many carbs) the flare up doesn't last as long and the pain is not as bad as long as I stop eating the wrong foods. I was using one that cost around $35 on Amazon and it worked too but decided to try this one bc of the price and this one works just as well. If I eat a 2nd meal in a day I'll use the Garden of Life Ultra enzyme for that second meal (because I found it b4 I found this product and I wanted to use it up before it expiredl). It works well too but I've not used it alone so I don't know how potent it is but this one works well alone.

I trust the Solaray brand and I was surprised that this was priced at less than half the price of the other one. I spent hours reading about digestive enzymes. When I first took this exact formula from a different brand, I didn’t even know how great digestive enzymes were. I literally just tried them on a whim. What I experienced and realized more and more over time is that digestive enzymes are amazing for people like me. I almost always get bloated and feel extremely full and heavy after meals (particularly dinner). I hated that because all the work I put in to toning my abs was hidden behind the bloat. With digestive enzymes my bloat was literally gone. One capsule before meals, and bam, no bloat. If Pancreatin alone doesn’t work for you, then try venturing out into different enzymes but my opinion is why introduce so many enzymes into your daily intake if not necessary? Digestive enzymes are slightly controversial so I’d rather stay on the safer side and not introduce more enzymes than necessary into my body.

I am 61 years young, and have digestive issues most of my life. I must have tried at least 20 or more different products like this through the years. This is the BEST I have ever used. You can even prove it works by a simple experiment. Make a thick smoothie with some fat in it such as nuts in a blender. when it still looks thick and hard to blend, add 1 or 2 of these opened up on a lower speed. Watch it thin out fast!!! Another simpler test. Open a capsule and pour it in some pudding. Mix it with a spoon and watch it thin out!!!
