I've been taking this for about 2 months because my 26 year old son voiced concern over me repeating myself several times. I just turned 60. What I can say for now is I have had no bad reaction to this. I believe I'm seeing positive results for memory. The one thing I really appreciate is how you have to break 2 different seals in order to open the bottle. I just ordered the double pack since I am not having negative reaction and do believe I am seeing results. I'll know more when I travel to see my son next month.

I use this product back in the 90s as a suggestion from a friend for metabolism as I gained a little weight and it didn't work but also I had some headed next, didn't realize it at the time but it helped with my brain fog and other neurological issues I was having from head and neck trauma but I didn't know it would help with that and then a few years went by I got off of them I'm not really realizing you know I was young and eventually got back on them for metabolism again cuz I gained a little bit of weight again and because I found out I have chronic lyme disease which can cause really bad brain fog and other types of neurological issues so I don't care if you have a Ph.D I majored in many different Sciences I was pre-med I had enough credits for 4 degrees this stuff is a miracle worker and I suggest it to everybody people are even using it on their pets for Ataxia and other neurological issues I'm now back on it I'm ordering it right now again for the brain fog and other neurological issues I was only off of it because the pandemic started up and my income went down hill but now I'm going to order some more today

After doing a lot of research on “memory “ and “sharpness “ supplements , I decided to try the one outstanding ingredient: Choline. After a week I realized I felt better and remembered where I put my cell phone 😉. I open the capsules and put the powder in my protein/spinach shake. It’s worth a try! BTW: I’m 76 yrs old!
