| Product Care Instructions | Unplug the stand, and let the kettle cool before cleaning.Wipe all surfaces with a clean damp cloth.Remove the lid.Slide the filter up and out of the guides.Rinse the filter under a running tap while brushing with a soft brush.Slide the filter down, into the guides.Refit the lid.Descale regularly, (at least monthly). Descale the appliance with a proprietary descaler. |

Nice kettle !
Works well and looks great ! The white colour makes the kitchen look fresh and clean. It is just a nice size for us and boils away quietly. Very good value and heats water quickly.

Good toaster
Good value, makes gd toast, looks good but can show finger marks on metal part as most metal does, wipes off easily

Good if reasonably short-lived in comparison to my other kettles
Bought May 2023 - died Jan 2026 (literally just stopped working, the light on the back is still on). Other than that, it has a nice look, it boiled very quickly, not too loud, generous for water, and no problems. Still looks new-ish, to the extent I had to check when I bought it

Great toaster
Great toaster, looks great and good value for money. Only drawback is that the right side toasting slots don’t work independently from the left, so the left side is used more than the right if you are only toasting two slices.

Short lived
Good while it lasted , looks good , worked well for 3 month then 1 side stopped working , wouldnt stay in the down position . Warranty had run out so managed with 1 side . This has also stopped working , similar issue with it not staying down . 9 months isnt good for a supposed top brand
