Love
Edit: Mine lasted a year but has started peeling off the top layer around the screws for the handle. Fried eggs now stick to it as someone else has mentioned but it used to wash off fine. Will probably get another one but one year isn’t very long lasting Does have a scent when you first use it that goes away with use but not as bad as the regular non stick PFA pans. Those pans leave a chemical smell in my nose & throat whereas this one is much more subtle. Feel a lot better using this. Doesn’t stink up my kitchen every time with chemical scent like other pans & it’s now scent less & have used it a fair bit with silicone utensils. Fairly easy to clean & non stick with a little oil or butter as a base layer otherwise food can stick a little & I’d rather not risk having to scrub bits of food off & damage the coating so a little oil is fine for me

Brilliant.
Not only do I love the colour material and weight (feels substantial, and looks like it can take some punishment. I have used twice so far and very impressed with heat distribution. It takes a little time to get hot, but not suprising if it is distributing the heat well, but when it gets going its great, the thick base helps to hold the heat when you add ingredients so you dont get a sudden drop of temperature. Handle stays cool. The non-stick surface does what you would expect. I would recommend and buy again

Non-stick blue diamond surface - absolutely rubbish!
Exactly spot on for other 1 star reviews, the non-stick nature of the pan is gone after 10 or so uses that makes this product a nightmare to use to wash even after more than 1 day under hot soapy water (Picture attached)! This is too much of my time and pretty much contrary to the marketing and description. The other grippe is that the handle gets too hot after 5 mins on the hob and is too hot for the hands. The shining light in the product is that the blue diamond surface is more scratch proof than our scan pan trusty iron skillet at a fraction of the cost (but not tested this for the product for over a year yet so can’t comment further on whether the surface will hold up then) will now look to buy a new pan that has better non-stick surface. So if the company can improve the non-stick nature of the product in future re-iteration and give it a better handle I would not hesitate to give this product 5 stars

Excellent
These work perfectly! When choosing these, I saw some comments about them not being non stick enough. I have no idea what those people had done to the pans to get that experience but these pans are practically frictionless. After a few uses, I did inadvertently leave a pan on very high heat after cooking a steak. It washed up perfectly with no change to the coating or discolouration etc. I shall be buying more of these pans! Truly excellent cooking experience!

Needs care
It's a good pan, (I have the wok and the skillet too), but needs care. Obviously needs silicone utensils but things still stick, and when they do it is water, detergent and a couple of hours simmer on the hob to clean. Most non stick pans are like this, and this is, if anything, better than most. Still, cheaper and greener than a full time washing up slave.

Look after it and 5 years use is possible
Why did you choose this product over others?: I got this in 2020 - but it has got scratched. No burns - still slippery. I need a new one - but price has trebled! I use Induction. Those who turn the heat up to max on gas - that's stupid!

Not for induction hobs
THIS PAN DOES NOT WORK ON AN INDUCTION HOB! I liked this pan when I had a gas hob but despite the fact that it does have the correct symbol on the bottom, I am hacked off that a pan I have barely used is now just scrap metal because it doesn't work on my new induction hob.

I have done the pancake test, and even got distracted while an egg was burning on the stove. Still in excellent good as new condition. One egg stuck, but it was my fault, the pan was too hot, and it can off easily. Poor eggs! Easy to clean. Feeling good.

è davvero una padella più resistente ai graffi, io l'ho messa un po' alla prova e sono riuscita a farle 2 micro graffietti, però è assolutamente antiaderente, si scalda davvero rapidamente, raggiunge temperature più elevate ( e così fa risparmiare gas perché cuoce bene anche con la fiamma bassa), si può evitare di aggiungere olio e si lava davvero bene e subito. Il fatto che anche il manico sia d'acciaio la rende pratica anche per il forno e, nel mio caso, col gas, si scalda appena appena. Il fatto è che non vorrei che un giorno si scoprisse che anche questo rivestimento è tossico. Vorrei comprarne di altri formati ma non so se sia meglio diversificare per prudenza
