Almost two months after I wrote the above review, I received a replacement without asking and a note of apology today. We all make mistakes sometimes. So the seller do care to get things right. I really appreciate that. The tea is fantastic just as I tasted when I was in Kenyan. I am changing the rating from 1 star to 5.
