I have taken this product for quit a few years. I can tell when I miss a dose or forget to order more. Works well for estrogen and testosterone in men and woman both.

I started taking this because I read that hormones can greatly affect basically everything in your body. I don't have any pre-menopausal symptoms like hot flashes or anything like that yet. However, I am over 40 and noticed my energy level is down and my exercising/diet efforts are not producing any results. I was hoping this would help me to lose weight. I was exercising like crazy, and I thought I was watching my diet as well. I don't know if it has helped with weight loss as I am trying not to obsess over it and weigh myself all the time, but it has helped with my energy level tremendously. I don't feel sluggish and run down by the end of the day. I don't know if it's because of these supplements, but I haven't changed anything since taking them so I can only assume. I have had no side effects. I've tried the Garden of Life Ocean Essentials Hormone Balance supplements and Shatavari supplements which were recommended by the Whole Foods vitamin department. I felt pretty good with Garden of Life, but it was on the expensive side. I didn't feel any different with the Shatavari so I've stopped taking them. I plan to reorder these instead of trying something else.

I’ve been using this product for years with amazing results. Unfortunately the end of 2023 the company changed the formula. I noticed the tablets now have tan flecks in them and I was having nasty side effects that I never had before. I wrote the company and asked if they had changed the formula. They told me that they had changed the formula and that the tan flecks are supposed to be there. Sad news for me as I’ll have to find a new form of DIM.

finally, a product that reduces night sweats....this works as well as sprinkling a few tablespoons of chia seeds to your meal. I love this product!

I am a fan of Nature's way products. I decided to add this to my AM/PM menopause product. The combination of both has helped me with this phase of my life.

I did NOT like this product at all. It made me feel very nauseous & gave me a massive migraine headache.... No thank you, I will pass on this!! It may work for someone else, but it's definitely NOT the product for me.
