Magnets are very strong, little bit pricey for what you get and would say you need a few packs to be able to make a decent building out of it. Very fun keeps kids entertained for hours. Lovely colours.

Child enjoyed many hours on it

Such a fun and useful toy to have. It's such a simple consent, but it's brilliant as it sets the imagine off and they can create whatever their minds can imagine. My kids, both sons and daughters, enjoy playing with this and I have in fact had to go out and buy some more because of how much they were enjoying it. It's similar to a different product, both using magnets to create whatever they can using what they have and their imagination. My only problem with this product is that you do only get the same similar shapes, which does limit what you can create. but there are different ones out there you can get, suited perfectly what your needs.

This is a great fiddle toy for my son to use.

A good toy to keep the kids quiet and engaged

This is an excellent set to encourage thinking and problem solving in children. The 32 piece set has 12 bars, 9 magnets, 8 triangles, two squares and one hexagon, providing plenty of different opportunities for use. Colours are nice and bright and the pieces are well finished. The age recommendation for this toy is 3+ years - obviously care needs to be taken because of the small magnets that a child does not put these in their mouth.

This is a set of twelve connecting pieces, with strong magnets at each end, five polished ball-bearings, and a set of geometric bracing pieces. But that doesn't do justice to a remarkably well thought-out thinking tool, iin the guise of a children's toy. I've been using geometric shapes for years as a planning, thinking and strategy tool. Rather than using the dreadful Microsoft clip-art, which results in so many strategies having four components because that's what the clip-art had, I like to think in three dimensional shapes which I can actually construct. Geomeg helps me rapidly put together any 3d geometric shape that I like, just by playing with the pieces. I can do it while explaining something, and the other person can pick it up, rearrange it, and change the method of thinking. This stuff is ideally suited for the task. In the past, I've used clip-together geometrics, and made models out of cardboard or even plastic tubing. The magnetic system is far better for the task, and the colours look good and work well together. If you do want to give this as a toy, remember that the pieces are very easy to swallow. The box says '3+', but you may want to think twice before giving it to small children.

I remember when I was a kid and I would have loved something like this. It's nice and colourful and very easy to construct anything your kids mind thinks about. It does give you several ideas on the back of the box to try out. It should keep the kids busy for a few hours and Dads too.... Impressed witht he quality so it gets top marks 10-10.
