While I've long been a fan of Boiron, their homeopathic sleep drops unfortunately didn't work for me after my recent appendicitis. Despite the pain subsiding, I struggled to regain my usual 8-hour sleep. Hoping for a natural solution until I fully recovered, I tried taking the recommended 5 drops, but they didn't offer much relief. I'd still wake after 5-6 hours and be unable to fall back asleep.

I have been using this product for at least 20 years, mostly the 30c strength. I find as I have gotten older, I am more sensitive to stress, caffeine, and chocolate keeping me up into the wee hours a racing mind, restlessness, and fatigue. The 200c is my go-to now as it is effective in letting me sleep in peace.
