I just purchased my 4th or 5th jar of this from Walgreen's for $8.99. Now that i've found it on Amazon for $6.49/jar, i'll start purchasing it from here for sure! As far as the product is concerned, it has a nice clean fragrance -- not like "coconut" products, etc, which I tend to find distracting & overpowering. My hair tends to be dry so I use this every other day. My hair is typically thick & coily but this leaves my hair feeling unbelievably soft. The negative side is that the jar doesn't last me as long as I think it should (but I have a lot of hair) so I have to replace it after about a week and half to two weeks. My hair can sometimes look extra frizzy but i've found that when i use this product, it helps mitigate any frizz & gives my curls great definition. UPDATE 1/2/17: I've probably purchased 25 jars of this product since I've found it. Pricing has ranged from $5.99 to $8.99 for this product but I typically stock up (5 to 7 jars) when it's lower and just buy it in single quantities when it's higher priced. I highly recommend it to friends & family. I use it in my little one's hair as well & have found it to be a helpful smoothing agent for her ponytail as well as a great way to refine her gorgeous (& sometimes wayward) curls as well!

This product is a superior product. I use it as a leave- in in my course, curly hair and I have zero frizz and just beautiful, hydrated curls. Everyone has to find that right cocktail that will work for their hair type. This one does for mine. If you have limp, or thin hair, this will probably make your hair look greasy but if you need more hydration in your hair and something to soften the texture and give some shine, this is a great product. Ogx products are pretty great for my hair

This is the best thing I’ve brought for my hair now I can’t find any. Update: 11/06/2024 I see some here on Amazon for 20$ plus!!!! What’s going on?? My hair has not been the sane literally!!! I have 4c dry kinky hair. When I used this it brought my hair back to life!!!!

The way I've been using this, it's just what I need in the winter. Unfortunately it smells kind of nasty, just like straight argan oil does. It really does feel like a butter. It's super thick and leaves my very thick, dry, 2b-3b hair gluey and unmanageable. But get this! As soon as I tried mixing a bit with a few drops of jojoba oil, I fell in love with it. It's magic. If you've bought this product and never used it because it felt gross, I hope you give it a shot mixed with oil. I also tried it with coconut and had similar -- though expectedly thicker -- results. Basically what I do is lightly dampen my hair, mix a decent finger-scoop of it in my palm with 3-5 drops of oil, and then run that through my ends and up the length. Sometimes I do that before putting my hair into overnight heatless styles and it holds pretty nicely. I don't usually like OGX because their products are way too drying for me, and hey, I guess this still isn't the stuff of my dreams on its own. Still, I've figured out how to make it really work for my hair, and I'm planning on using every last bit.

I am used to using the coconut curls hair butter but it’s impossible to find and I don’t want to pay $12/jar when I can use one in a week and a half. So I broke down and bought this. I love the smell. To me it reminds me of the beach… kinda salty, a little masculine. I like it and it weighs down my frizzy curls so I can style it.

I have had dry, curly, sometimes frizzy hair my entire life and have always hopped around from product to product (usually some kind of cream – no more mousses and gels) but I think I've finally found the thing I'm sticking with. This stuff is great. It isn't heavy or greasy (just don't use too much of it), it separates the curls nicely, leaves a shine, and stops the frizz. Again you really don't need a lot – just rub some on your hands and coat it over wet hair and you're good to go.

I have used this for quite a while now and I would not be without it. It can be left in or rinsed out. I rinse mine out. My hair has a lot of gray in it but with this product it is soft and manageable.

I was very disappointed with this purchase. When I opened the container, the cream was exposed directly with no protective seal or film, which is standard for most skincare products to ensure hygiene and authenticity. On top of that, the surface of the cream looked disturbed, almost as if someone had already used it. There was also a noticeable portion of the container that wasn’t filled, making it seem incomplete. This made me question the product's safety and whether it was brand new as advertised. I’ve requested a return and refund, but I wanted to warn others to check your product thoroughly upon receiving it.

Nice product. I’ve used it as both a leave in and a rinse out. Rinse out is my preferred method of usage. Leaving it in makes my hair greasy and feeling weighed down. But using it as normal conditioner can give you bouncy shiny and soft hair. Smells very nice. Obviously feels like a thick butter but melts right into your hair upon application. Will continue to buy it. And this also inspires me to try its coconut curl quenching variant. One can even use it as a body butter, but I would never owing to the presence of mineral oil in it as one of the main ingredients.

Labelling on both tins were off center - If it is just really bad mood poor stickering its fine, BUT I am just concerned if the contents inside are genuine and there is no way to tell Items also came without any hint that we will receive it in this form with offside stickers. Previously used this product, off supermarket shelves, and it has been OK / fantastic and strongly 5 star

Best cream ever! I have been using it for 5 years now, I really like it and tried many others but idk this has something special ! lol
