I had Otterbox and LunaTik cases on my iPhone 5, and I have gone through a dozen cases on my 6+, not being able to decide on one. This one seems very similar to the OtterBox, but with substantially less bulk. It certainly weighs less and has a smaller profile then the metal and glass cases that I have been using on my 6+ (Mostly knockoffs from China that weighed as much as a small child).I use a belt holster pouch to hold my phone while I'm at work, I work in a machine shop and I am always up on my feet and I don't like the feeling of a huge phone in my pocket when I'm walking around, especially if I have to be moving and bending a lot while working. I wanted to try a case that would not add weight, so that my belt would not be sagging around my ankles by the end of the day.The built-in screen protector is better quality than most built-in screen protectors I come across. The clear plastic on the back of the case seems a good quality, but obviously won't stop a bullet.Will this protects against the drop off of a ladder? Probably not, but most cases won't.Will this protects your phone most likely if you drop it pulling it out of your pocket? Yeah.Will this keep your phone from bending? Most cases will, unless you stick the thing in a vice.All in all, this appears to be a great case for the casual user who just wants a little more protection.I gave it four stars because the TPU plastic, while very grip-friendly and pretty tough, seems to have a little problem around the charger plug flap. Took me a while to get it open to place phone but I did it. The side power button may be a little hard to press sometimes but overall, look and function I love it and would recommend it.
