Cannot beat the simplicity of the headset. The included Virtual Surround Sound Card is an excellent touch and gives plenty of length for any desk setup. About a year after buying this, I did need to replace the cuffs, but with daily use that can be expected. These are very comfortable even with glasses for several hours of use at a time.

Honestly boyfriend bought these. As far as I know they work amazing, drowns the outside noise well.

I will admit that I got these primarily for durability. It's possible several previous pairs of headphones took unexpected and sudden journeys to my floor, and did not survive the trip. These have taken multiple similar trips and have held up quite well. To the point that I bought a second pair for my brother. I am not much of an audiophile, but for me the sound quality is good. The only complaint I do have is that the springs on the head rest are too soft. This results in it not actually supporting the headphones so the rest to low on my head. There does not appear to be any way to to adjust this either. In my case I just grabbed some scrap foam I had lying around and duct taped it to substitute the missing padding. In all other ways it is a comfortable head set. Just a little annoying that I have to duct tape foam to $50-$150 headset to make up for a feature that should be built in...

The quality is in the audio and how it was maintained from the time I bought these. Definitely shouldn’t have worn them so long and so often but holy crap did they make gaming fun!

I've used this headset for more than a week by now and it's really good. Sound quality is great for games and music, noise cancellation is good, and it's a very comfortable headset, even with glasses on. It is a little bit heavy but not bad. However, for the price, I expected the mic quality to be much better than it is. Really disappointing because it's a great headset and I might consider returning it just for that reason, but it's still usable. Shipping also took more than a week which I wouldn't have minded if it wasn't labeled prime. Edit to 5 stars: Turns out windows set the mic to 8000Hz, changed it to 48000Hz and the quality is much better. I did buy this for $110 so a little disappointed that I paid so much more than the current list price, but what can you do

So I love how much I can hear and how light it feels for being durable metal frame. I am happy with the product function but I am not happy with how it says Xbox compatible. It does work but only via the 3.5 mm Jack on the controllers and you have to go through the settings in the system to mute and adjust the game audio. The Dolby Atmos features would be amazing if they worked for the Xbox. Says to download a app you set it up for a free seven days and no difference and still can't use the adapter for the USB. But all in all its a good quality headset of you don't care about the "souround sound". I can hear all steps and good quality music with just the headphone jack.

I absolutely love the headphones, I use them for gaming and they are just so comfortable and the sound quality is top notch. As I mentioned in the headline, I was a little worried buying a refurbished item but these headphones are as good as new with only a third of the retail price. Super happy with this purchase.

I bought this unit as a suggestion by a popular Twitch steamer. Love the guy but this was a mistake. I hope he isn't being paid by HyperX to push their products. I used my headset for a couple of months and the sound quality is just basic and not even worth the price. The head band is incredible lack luster. You have to have a gigantic head for this to fit comfortably. The clamping pressure is weak and the adjustable band that is suppose to clamp to your head is pathetic. It feels like the headset is going to fall off. The mic stopped working after a few months and I returned it for a full refund, then bought a Sennheiser PC37X instead. That headset blows away this unit.

Excelente sonido, solo que la terjeta de sonido es compatible en play y pc. La uso en xbox one pero eso no es problema bajas la app de sonido dolby y listo.
