Flexibility is great for releasing the cooked cake **Q: It is safty to use it in macrowave?** A: Yes **Q: Is this suitable for 2lb recipes ?** A: Yes, this will be fine for a 2lb recipe. Having previously seen another response I made 2lbs of batter, and split it between two tins.
