Transducer Mount Assembly for Bow of Boats and Pontoons

Description

Bow of boat transducer mounting assembly. Allows for quick and easy deployment of fish finder (depth finder) transducers. Removes the transducer from the trolling motor to prevent damage to cables due to pinch points on the trolling motor or winding of the wire on MinnKota iPilot and Motorguide XI5 trolling motors. Baseplate assembly includes a 4”x 4” sub plate which is mounted to the boat. The main plate is then secured to that sub plate by ¼-20 thumb screws. Thus the baseplate can be removed when docked or trailered. Excellent for use with side imaging systems as you can scan forward of boat travel by turning the downrod 45 degrees. Taper cone ensures positive seating and prevents rotation of the shaft due to water friction. An optional keyway piece is included for those who wish to only drop the transducer in one orientation. Designed for boat movement speeds of 0-5mph. Pole storage clips provided to hold the downrod to the deck when moving. Downrod length to water adjustable by 10 inches.
