I worked hard for these and finally I could get my hands on them. I had ordered two just because I wanted 2 pairs of good earbuds for my birthday. When they arrived I noticed the amazing packaging. The UrBeats came in better packaging than most headphones come in. The UrBeats came with the manual and warranty (warranty is s***). The UrBeats came with the earbuds, extra different size ear tips, and came with a carrying pouch. I was floored by the improvement of these earbuds over my earpods. I could hear better sound and they had better bass. The sound was superb for about 2 months. I would take these to school and I would use these half the time at my house. They were my favorite pair until they blew out on 1 ear. My black UrBeats were the first to go. The earbuds blew out on one side and later both sides didn't work. Then later when I was walking home I noticed that my white UrBeats weren't working from one ear either. This caused me to be mad at the company. Then I remembered about the warranty. The warranty was going to save me.I was wrong. The warranty is just a word to Beats support. I shipped the beats to the beats store ,and then they sent me them back because I showed no proof of purchase. I contacted them and told them what happened. They told me to show proof of purchase then they would repair them. Ok I thought as I was printing out my invoice from amazon. I packaged both beats in 1 package and hoped they would repair them. Nope they sent me them back and not even a reason why. I was mad and decided these were not worth it.If you can stay away from these earbuds. As you may notice like I do now look at the 1 star reviews. Look at the pattern. These earbuds keep blowing out after 2-3 months of small usage. If you are willing to spend $100+ plus on earbuds I would recommend some headphones or get some better earbuds. Headphones in the $50 range could have better sound. Believe me these earbuds don't last. I had 2 earbuds blow out around the same time to prove it plus the other people that had the same problem as me. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Best Earbuds *by I***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 9, 2015* After using these earbuds for over 3 months I gotta say they are some of the best I've used. First off the quality is amazing I have put these headphones through some torture and still work perfectly. The sound is amazing too really deep bass I listen to mostly Hip-Hop/Rap and Regional Mexicano music with some other random bands but I gotta say i never had any distortion. I would recommend to anybody looking for some stylish, high quality and amazing sounding earbuds. There are a few flaws I've found while using the bulit-in remote. The microphone works perfect and never had anyone complain about sound quality or ask me to speak up / in the mic. The remote is something else though and could use some improvement, first off it seems to be unresponsive sometimes when I try skipping a track it just pauses the music but doesn't change the song I have to put the volume up or down and the remote becomes fully responsive again I have an iPhone 6 Plus I don't think that's the issue but it doesn't bother me much because its really rare. Also when your on the phone with someone and use the remote to raise the volume the person on the other line will most likely hear a clicking sound or something similar. These are my favorite earbuds my go to pair if you are thinking of buying DO IT you will not be disappointed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall very nice (+possible fix for suddenly quiet earbuds) *by A***. on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on August 13, 2014* Disclaimer: I am in no way an audiophile, I just like listening to music. My preferences mostly include hip-hop and house music.I hadn't used any other in-ear headphones before I got these. My first impression was rather negative - even with the smallest eartips they felt too big and awkward. However, that feeling has since gone away. Now these are my favorite earbuds, the sound is very clear and I personally find the exaggerated bass quite pleasing. The only thing I don't like is the clip that comes with these earbuds - it looks extremely cheap and is not color-matched (I have the blue version and the clip that came with it is black.)The only reason why I wrote this review is that I think I may have found the fix for the sudden quiet sound in one or possibly both earbuds. I've found that the source of this issue is the excessive glue used on the red membranes that cover the sound channel (pretty sure there is a technical term for it but I don't know it.) When I carefully removed one of the membranes with a toothpick the membrane was completely covered in glue (pretty sure it wasn't my earwax as the consistency didn't match :) I removed the glue, washed the membrane with soap, wiped it and put it back in its place. Haven't had any issues since.
