Love it!
I bought this in Dec 2023 and I've been making cheese almost every week and I still have it to make more. Will be buying a new one soon. Its got a long date to be used and it does its work perfectly! Love it!

I don't know what to say about this product, but really the dose instructed is definitely not working and I used 3 times more and still not clean cut cheese; It is more more like a kefir not cheese no matter how much you add. I am not sure even if it is safe to add more. Can the seller please be honest and do quality check for your product before you put on sale? We work hard to earn the money and we would like to get what we pay for.

Using it for quark and cotton cheese making and works very well. Just unsure (as no indication on label) if it can be stored in a QLD kitchen in summer in the cupboard, or if it needs to go into the fridge)
