Very watery and mushy soft. This is by far the worst smoked salmon I have ever had disappointing is a complement. A waste on hard earned money. Sad Christmas Day

I needed this for a Swedish smorgasbord. While not Swedish salmon, no one noticed as they wolfed it down. Very tasty and there was a generous amount for the price. The smoked flavor is not to powerful and the taste is excellent.

I had originally found this salmon at a store for $5 around the holidays. So, this was a bit expensive, but iIt was good to find the same type that I bought, because if the pasta recipe on the back is modified to thicken the sauce with about three tablespoons of tomato paste, the recipe is a gem...absolutely to die for!!!

It was just terrible. Had this for a Christmas Eve get together with family. Once I mentioned that it just wasn't very good the rest of the family chimed in that they agreed. My brother in-law stated that I could have saved money and just get a large can of Tuna. I live in the Mid-West but I am from the Pacific North West and this is not what I would call smoked salmon. Also, the size was just embarrassing considering the price. My mistake for not looking at the weight, I assumed for the price it would be larger. I do not recommend.

It was a Christmas gift in another state so I don't know how to rate it. It came beautifully wrapped!
