Deedro Pizza Tray - 12 Inch Stainless Steel Pizza Pan & Baking Sheet Crisper, Pack of 3

I really like this pan. I bought it to replace a similar sized aluminum round cookie pan that makes a “Giant” cookie (pan cookie). The stainless steel pan is sturdier and heavier weight than the aluminum pan, and the edges turn up around the outside which I needed for the pan cookie. The cookie baked up beautifully, and the pan cleaned up easily and still looks brand new. I do only use nylon type cutting utensils and spatulas with it. I plan to buy a pan for each of our three daughters because our son-in-laws and grandchildren love the pan cookie too. The pan holds about 2/3 of a recipe of Toll House Chocolate Chip cookie dough. I spray the pan with non-stick spray before putting the dough in, and I bake it at 350 degrees for about 16-18 minutes until golden brown.

Although they probably are heavy duty, you can hear it buckle just a little when heating up. 1 of them after first use the stainless steel in the center of the pan has a few tiny chips that came off. (with dark gray under them). That tells me it is either not solid stainless steel or it has a manufacturing flaw. I will keep them only because I know I would need to return them both and 1 of them is nice now after 2 uses. I definitely will not use aluminum because of health warnings associated with that and only can think of buying cast iron after saving $ for them. And I don't want to use the stone. Bottom line these are good pizza pans and later I will just order a couple more. Hopefully they won't chip. We have pizza night every week so don't want to be without the pans and our old pans, well are 'old' and it was time for a replacement.

These pans are the perfect size to go both in my Breville Air Pro and my dishwasher with lots of dishes( in the dishrack with my plates). They are quality steel and have not pocked in dishwasher so far. Excellent for burritos, chicken nuggets or any food you prefer not to microwave. For fresh dough pizza from scratch you will have to adjust your baking if you are a thin crust kind of person it's tricky to get crispy go the opposite way and easy to be underdone because of pan thickness

I was impressed with how thick and heavy these pans were when they first came in. They are a bit small (under 12 inches) but well made and sturdy. We used all 4 of them for the first time today to bake pizzas and they came out perfectly done with a light golden crust. These were medium thick crust pizzas from homemade dough and ingredients, baked in an electric oven 2 at a time at 400° for 25-30 minutes. I had brushed the pans with olive oil and sprinkled with cornmeal before putting the dough on them, and the cooked pizzas slid right off onto the cutting board. A couple of stray shreds of mozzarella stuck and had to be scrubbed off later, but there was no major issues and no discoloration so far. So yeah, I'd recommend them. I'm sure mine will see a lot of use.

These pizza pans are truly 12". They are not 12" plus 2" of ring around the rim. These fit perfectly in a Wolf counter top oven. They do not buckle and the coating does not flake off. These are stainless steel despite what other reviewers have said about magnets. Not all stainless steel is magnetized. Other pans stating they are 12" are actually 14". It took 3 months to find these after taking a tape measure to every pan purchased.

Sturdy SS trays, good finish, dishwasher safe, with multiple uses. A good value.

This is an excellent pizza pan. IT DOES NOT RUST EVEN WHEN I LEAVE IT SOAKING FOR A FEW DAYS WITH ACIDIC TOMATO SAUCE ON IT. More recently I have been cleaning it with a metal scouring pad which makes cleanup quick and easy - any coated non-stick pan would have been scratched up - this one has no coating - it comes out shinning with some swirl marks that are no big deal. The heat does not warp this pan. All my frying pans are also stainless steel. No more worry of chemical poisoning from the release/decomposition/breakdown of non-stick coatings.

We had to use baking paper between the pizza and pan but nice.
