This clears my sinus issues.
I have chronic stuffy nose as result of my sinus condition. Benzedrex Vapor Inhaler allows me to breathe. regular use does slow the effectiveness some, so I use Vicks Severe Sinus spray ocassionally for a break. Unlike other inhalers or spray it keeps on working. I use it practically every day for last 6 months.

Nose
I have used Benzedrex Inhalers for over 40 years and they work. They are pleasant smelling and they clear a 'stuffy' nose up quickly. They are not habit forming either. I started ordering them online because they are hard to find in drug stores anymore and they are cheaper online too.
