Well put together material.
I was honestly skeptical at first. Did the passenger side first and boy was that a bother. Could not be sure whether it was the bracket itself or the funky passenger transmission shape area so I gave the item 5 stars anyway. The driver side fit like a glove and I am definitely enjoying the seats.

Beware of fitment & quality
These brackets will 100% not fit a 2004 ES1 Civic 4 door (LX trim) unless you don't mind going through the hassle of extensive modifications and have a couple hours to spare for that. Like other reviews have stated, of all 4 mounting holes to bolt the brackets to the chassis, only 2 will barely line up decently while the remaining are completely off the marks. You will have to drill AND cut & weld in order to have all 4 holes of the brackets line up to the existing ones for the stock seats. And to keep the sliders on the seats that they're also selling and supposedly should work with these brackets, you will have to drill new holes and add spacers between the sliders and the brackets in order for the sliding mechanism to actually be clear of interferences and work decently. The welds on these brackets are not very structurally sound, so beware of this as well. Tl;Dr: overall completely AVOID these brackets if you value your time and want something that will bolt up nicely to the stock mounting holes without requiring you to bust out the power drill, grinder, and welder.

They worked after some modifications
I had to modify these to fit my car but they do work with my new seats.

It fits
I have a 2006 Nissan 350z, and the thing I would point out is that it will fit a G-Force panel chair off Amazon. I had a SLIGHT issue with the passenger side, getting it to line up, but I managed to line it up and just slowly turn each bolt around the entire base to sink it in. It is a little flimsy, but it does the job.

Driver side Miata issue.
The brackets are sized differently for driver or passenger side. The mounting holes for the seats are affected and will only fit on the passenger side. If the seat mounting tab were longer on the narrower driver side there would be no problem. I will have to weld an extension tab onto mine to fit. The passenger bracket fits the car and the seat bolt pattern. 2 one inch tabs with holes will solve my issue. Not easy to contact the vendor. Only phone contact is shown in Amazon and it tells me to message through Amazon which is not available. Still, brackets are nicely made and a good price.

Fit great!
After reading the reviews I hesitant however, the reviews for the 350z were highly rated. The fitment is great and you can use your stock seat belt buckles if you do not have harnesses. Excuses the mess in the photo, they were taken before the install.

Not a great fitting product by any means.
They worked.. but not great. Had to do some custom fitting with basic 90 degree seat mounts. But they are cheap and seem sturdy for the most part. They don’t perfectly bolt to the car either so I had to use spacers for the rear bolts.

Took some modification to fit my DNA motoring seats
The holes didn't line up with the sliders of the DNA motoring seats I have . I had to drill new holes to make them work. If you want to keep the sliders it takes some finesse but they will work .
