i take these nearly every day, i do tend to go long stretches where i forget, but i notice a massive difference in my nails. Ever since I started taking these no and off 4 years ago, my nails are so strong, clean, shiny, healthy, pretty and perfect and 100% natural, even when i stop taking them. I haven't worn nail polish in 4 years which might also have something to do with it, but I remember definitely in the beginning they were making a huge difference. I like this product, and think it's v.g. value for money. However, I've ben taking Rainforest Foods Organic Spirulina tablets for a while before changing to this combined Chlorella and Spirulina, and I think I'll be going back to the single Spirulina as I think the ingredients are better for my needs. Highly recommend this company and their products which I have taken.

This has to be one of the best investments that I've made for my health. I used to have to take two different types of anti-histamine (pill and nasal spray) every day. If I went without either, it would be a matter of a few days before I ended up with a fever, aching muscles and tiredness. After a few months of taking chlorella and spirulina on its full dose, I've ditched the anti-histamine pills for good. I still take the nasal spray whenever I know that I'll be outside for long periods of time, but other than that, I don't take anything. My immune system is better than ever. Yes, there were some stomach issues in terms of built-up wind, but I found that goes away if you split the does throughout the day and make sure you take them on an empty stomach, at least 1/2 an hour before you eat.
