Great quality
Definitely a high quality omega supplement. I was taking cod liver oil but had to switch to something without vitamin A due to being on Accutane. I ended up enjoying this quite a bit more. It's hard to explain but I just feel better on it. Subtle mood and focus lift and it's been good for some of my mild hormonal issues. Even though I was taken off Accutane I'm sticking with this as opposed to cod liver oil.

Easy to take and no fishy smell for cfs
I have chronic fatigue syndrome and these have given me better sleep and more energy during the day. They are excellent quality and I would recommend them!

Can't tell if I see a difference
This is a product recommended in the book, "Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: a natural way to treat M. E. I still have a few weeks to finish the prescribed amount that is supposed to show a difference, so if the cause of my CFS is the cause described in the book, I will know. It seems to be a high quality EPA only, fish oil.

Hands down the best fish oil on the market...I give these to many friends and colleagues and they all say the same things: I sleep better, I feel better at work, Think clearer, and stress and anxiety disappears.Folks, I give these to people of all ages over 30 and they all love it.
