Since finding out there are celiacs in the family, we have been trying out GF all-purpose flours - about half a dozen different mixes. This is the best of them all. The sourcream chocolate cake made with this is simply divine, as were the chocolate chip cookies, banana teacake, etc.

I have two daughters who have to eat gluten free. This baking mix makes baking for them much easier and makes tasty cookies, waffles, pancakes, cakes etc

The product is fabulous! It’s the only thing I use in my gluten free baking but make sure you are getting the right quantity. $34 is a little much for 1 box (not a case) which was shipped to me.
