Bose QuietComfort 35 (Series II) Wireless Headphones, Noise Cancelling, with Alexa voice control – Triple Midnight (Renewed)

Headphones look brand new! And I was surprised an audio cable was included as not in the product description. Color is great, didn't want black ones. I previously ordered 2 other headphones from other brands that did not have adequate noise cancellation. These are great, I wear them in noisy restaurants and grocery stores and they reduce the noise volume to a comfortable level.

These are comfortable. I actually sleep with themon. that says a lot. The battery last 20 hours.

I originally bought an off-brand headphone with bass that beat me up. Bose has awesome clarity and bass that is satisfying.

Bose quality at its best!

I bought these headphones (from Bose) several years ago. The first pair I bought were defective and Bose replaced them with no questions asked. The pair they replaced them with have been the best headphones I've ever owned.I wore them at work - every day. I wore them to the gym - every day. I wore them on runs, 3 or 4 times in torrential rain. They never skipped a beat. (pun intended?) Excellent sound quality, worked great for working remotely, people commented on the good mic quality and I happily recommended these headphones to them.Recently, after heavy, daily abuse, the power switch started to fail. I'd turn them off, and they'd turn back on with the switch in the "off" position. I understand that it's not an uncommon issue, but my headphones were WELL out of warranty. However, in true Bose customer service fashion, they offered me a deep discount ($120!) on their latest model (QC 45) which I happily accepted!Looking forward to a few more years of excellent sound and even better customer service!

It’s almost completely stock packaging. They are using very old refurbished products however. My pair was from 2018. Mine was having some range issues and signal loss. I don’t have big rooms or anything fancy, but pretty much a single wall between the laptop/phone and the headphones would cause signal loss. This is unacceptable when my $90 wireless gaming headset from 2016 can let me go between floors. I returned within the 90 day period and was refunded almost half of my initial purchase.Great if you’re tolerant of slight performance quality loss and want to help the planet a bit. Worst return experience I’ve had on Amazon tho.
