Im happy that I found this product on amazon, as I have been searching for it for so long! I wish there was a more accurate description of how many are in the package, because I was surprised at how small it was! Otherwise the taste is amazing and the quality can't be beaten!

Great authentic Egyptian batarekh (botarga)
The Egyptian Homaid Botarga sold by Caesar is the best available. It is authentic, made in Egypt, delicious with bread and butter and with the right orange color. Stay away from botarga that are dark in color and uneatable.
